RecommendedHad a situation where the cables came loose and couldn't put the door down. Midwest was the third call I made. All said they were booked up and wouldn't be able to send anyone. However, Midwest said that because it was a security issue they would try very hard to get someone out there that day. Within an hour a service tech called and was able to come by and fix door. Excellent customer service. Very pleased.

Midwest Garage Door Systems had my garage door working in an hour! He replaced the broken hinge and a frayed cable and got it working beautifully! They were on time and professional.

Recently I had an opener put in where there was some misunderstandings on both sides to what was included but things got resolved swiftly and Angela took control to make things right with me the customer. Called to have my garage door spring replaced and they arrived in a very timely manner. The gentleman was courteous and had the job done in no time. He even cleaned up after himself. I am very pleased and will use this company in the future if I need further repair ever
