RecommendedWe had an appointment with a competitor and there was a scheduling error so they were unable to get to us until 3 days later. We already cleared out our garage and had the door open which was barely hanging on the tracks. I called Midwest around noon and they were able to get us on the schedule. I had a new garage door and opening system installed within a few hours! Highly recommend! Midwest really went above and beyond to take care of us in our time of need!! We just moved into our house about a month ago. We had a binder full of all the stuff that the previous owners had done and replaced. The entire garage door unit, springs, door, remote, the whole system was replaced by Midwest June of 2016. The door worked perfectly fine up until a week ago when it didn’t. It opened halfway and that was it. We realized that our torsion springs were snapped and needed to be replaced. Excellent wery profesional service
They could back their products and try and help customers. The door business must be booming to not care about customers- especially ones with $1500 doors not even 2 years old that won't lock from the outside on their business allowing anyone to waltz right on in. Oh wait- you can pay $350/ hour to have them come out after 4pm just to look at it! No thanks...we will take our business, doors and all, to any of the dozens of other door places that value existing customers AND back their own doors. Otherwise what's the point?
Had a great experience with Midwest. Angela reviewed my old system, provided recommendations, and today, Jay installed my new door. Jay did a great job with the installation, he is friendly, and provided great customer service. Highly recommend this company.

I went to the Home Show to search for a few things on my home improvement list & an updated garage door was one. I stopped at the Midwest Garage Door Systems booth & spoke to Angela about a specific door I saw in their brochure, which I pointed out in the book. She quoted $3200 & when I asked her if that was the installed price, she said yes. I called two days later to set up an appointment & they came to my house a few days later. Called this morning, unable to get out of our garage -- Garage door would not go up -- spring broke. Service was prompt.. Will use them again.The service man wasn't aware they offer senior or military discount, but the office confirmed they do... but the service was definitely the best.. GOTTA LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Angie was our sales rep. She was very efficient and got the installation of our new door and opened scheduled ASAP! The installers were courteous and did a great job!
