I went there in August of 2019 and was pretty much going back there monthly because the dr could not figure out my contact lenses, doing trials. Finally in July of 2020 he gave me a set and said “if these don’t work I can’t help you”. Of course they didn’t work. So, 2 weeks ago I went to a different practice and she got my contacts correct the first try. I have a stigmatism in my right eye and the dr at MWEC couldn’t figure that out. RecommendedI had the Lipiflow procedure done a couple of months ago for dry eyes. My eyes felt gritty, tired and uncomfortable. I used eye drops but they didn't provide any lasting relief at all. After this procedure my eyes feel much more rested and comfortable. I recommend this procedure for any one with a dry eye problem. Thanks again Midwest Eye Consultants.

Dr. Brandstatter was awesome! She was very patient with my daughter and son and took her time! There was such a variety for frames for myself and daughter. Definitely recommendable 👍🏼👍🏼
I have watched, as my friend has tried for months to get a refund on her glasses. Not only did they not want to honor their money back if not satisfied guarantee. Their failure to do so has left her without glasses for months! Her insurance will only pay once a year for glasses. The glasses they made for her are not the correct prescription, she could not see with them. They have even lied and told her the check was mailed to her a week and a half ago. Had two glasses I needed repaired. They did both for free.Only asked for donation which I gladly gave. Prompt service. Would do business there again.
