Won't Fix Mistakes – Overall my house is solid and built well but MDH failed to take care of glaring build issues with the sump pump in my home. After some heavy rains I found my sump pump wasn't working. A plumber came over and found that it was sucking up gravel inside of a sealed pit. He found that there were 6 inch square holes cut into the pit where the 4 inch circular drain pipe comes in.
