They tried to tell me that I needed over $1000 (after insurance) worth of work done for a deep root clean and follow up procedures, and a night time mouth guard, which I knew I could never afford. I went to NWTC and paid $30 for full cleaning and xrays by one of the students, thinking that at least they'd be able to do the deep root clean cheaper. If they could give an estimate of cost before they do the work ,I dont like being suprised at a huge bill ,Im a self payer and hurts to pay more than I think it may cost !
Dentist in Rushville Illinois told me I had 11 cavities. Went to another dentist who told me I had none. Fortunately Rushville office is closed now. Hope that lady isn’t trying to rip people off somewhere else now. Needs reported to American dental association

I love My Dental Staff, they are like family and my Dentist is wounderful, Even when i just have a question i am able to just come in and talk with them and they are so helpful.They are so Amazing, I recomend MIDWEST DENTAL to all my Friends and family :) if i could give 10 stars i would Midwest Dental in Burlington WI is the BEST !!!!!!
New dentist in Watseka IL graduated this July. Dentist with 45 years of experience was let go. Company is not concerned with what’s best for the patient, only what puts the most money in their pocket.
Poor dental procedures and diagnosis of my issue. Now I am being charged again to fix an issue that was incorrectly diagnosed? Stay away from this place. Go to a Dentist who owns his own practice and cares about their customers, not a franchise chain that does not care about anything except billing their patients for more money.
