The last visit was Horrible!!!!! I was Fish Hooked and never seen the Doctor. Never had such of a Nightmare at the Dentist !!!
RecommendedMy husband and I have been using the Plymouth Midwest Dental office for many years... we love our hygienist Ann! We’ve shared stories of our children, vacations and our health. She’s so personable and kind. We miss the newly retired receptionist Connie! The Plymouth office still rocks!
I have been going to the Chippewa office for 20+ yrs. they recently got a new dentist and I scheduled an appointment for a filling that had fallen out. my appointment was at 1050, I got called back at 1055, the assistant took my blood pressure, asked what filling was bad and took an x-ray. the dentist didn't come in until 1115, insinuated that I was in for a tooth ache. I took my two kids to the Appleton (by the airport) location and it came back that they had cavities. I asked to make an appointment or if it could be taken care of that day; I was then informed that they don’t do kids teeth there (why they scheduled appointments for my kids who I told their ages, I have no idea...). I have always had a great experience at Midwest Dental. You walk in and are greeted with a smile. My hygienist is caring and careful when performing her duty. And the dentist are always interested more than your teeth. They like to find out our interests and what the day was like.
I agree they have very bad billing,i asked before the work started for a price ,but then when I got the bill,it was a LOT BIGGER,i asked why they told me,because the insurance only pays so much?Duh we both knew that.Why didn't they stick to the agreed amount?
I have always had the best dentist and hygentist. All the people working there are kind and patient. Better than any doctors office i have ever been to. Never had a problem with overcharging either.
We will not be going back. Compassion is not in this dentist's vocabulary, nor does he have an understanding of what a military wife with a young baby deals with when her husband is off serving his country. Really Dr Darling, you couldn't give that young mother 5 minutes to answer a call from her deployed husband whom she has not spoken to or seen in weeks!
