When an associate calls to reschedule my appointment that has been cancelled three times because of Covid and their shortage of staff. I laughed out loud when she said April of 2021 ....and then she hung up on me. Last straw with Midwest dental for me. I loved my hygienist but customer service is horrible!!

hooks and crooks there dentist are and worse yet are the general staff. lieing on insurance forms to make a buck. Got caught by the insurance company, cant make this stuff folks.
Charging $10 for PPE which they already used before Covid is ridiculous! Nothing is different from now to 6 months ago. They wear the same stuff.
Midwest Dental @ Wausau has an exceptional team of professionals! They all work together to make every aspect of dental care something wonderful! I can’t thank Dr. Jenna, Bobbie RDH, and Karen for making appointments something we genuinely look forward to!!

Amazing care that I am so grateful for. Thank you so much for taking my pain and discomfort seriously. My hygienist went so quickly into action to make sure I had the proper care! I am so happy. The orthodontist who I was referred to did amazing job as well. What a compassionate team. Bless you all.
