Amazing care that I am so grateful for. Thank you so much for taking my pain and discomfort seriously. My hygienist went so quickly into action to make sure I had the proper care! I am so happy. The orthodontist who I was referred to did amazing job as well. What a compassionate team. Bless you all.

What a joke charging for Ppe that they should already be using!

As of June 1st, they require YOU the patient to pay for their PPE. What a joke. No other company I knows does this. $11 is due up front, as soon as you get to the office. Not going here anymore.

AVOID THIS OFFICE -- they rip off patients unless the patient has dental insurance for which they are a participating provider -- they charge patients without insurance TWICE the amount as an insured patient's insurance pays for EXACTLY the same procedure -- I consider this to be an unethical business practice! They will do a contractual write-off for insurance but not for a cash-paying customer -- if any differences in pricing cash-paying customers should be charged less!

Stop being greedy and do not make money out of the Covid-19. $12 fee for their supplies to clean or whatever? I guess Walmart should charge a fee per shopping cart, as they have a person cleaning them. My hairdresser should charge a fee because they have to wear masks, etc.... Not coming back.

I won’t recommend a place that charges the patient for their OWN supplies whether COVID, toilet paper or pens and pencils. Ridiculous that on top of having to bring our own masks, we are charged $12 for their PPE. All open businesses have put in place their own protocols to protect their employees and customers, yet they are not charging a fee to enter or receive services. Your demand is not only ridiculous but petty.
