Straight forward no deal.they hadme come in and go thru the whole process then toldme thy couldnt make the deal happen.
The dealership facilities are not very professional. Water stains all over the ceiling, cars are crammed into the small lot, and the salesmen seem preoccupied. Had to wait on another customer to move the vehicle they drove there before I could test drive the Highlander. Then while trying to maneuver the highlander out for a test drive almost got hit by one of the people working there moving another vehicle around . We called before coming to check to see if the vehicle we were wanting to look at was still available. The salesman said they still had it. I wanted to make sure because we were driving over an hour to look at it. Much to our disappointment they didn't have this car. The salesperson said it was getting worked on. I'm sure that wasn't the case they just want you to look at their others cars. I do not recommend and certainly would not buy.
I recently inquired about a vehicle at Midwest Auto Connection and was very unhappy with the results. I am fully aware they are a wholesale dealership and that some of their cars aren't in great shape, but the way I was handled was ridiculous. I blatantly asked if the vehicle had any mechanical issues and explained that I would be driving roughly 85 miles from Lexington to look at the vehicle and was very interested if there were not.
