I was told I was pre-approved and everything was ready to go, so we set a time to pick it up. When I got there they said they sold the car a half hour earlier. Worst sales person ever, never again will I go there.
I had a horrible and very unprofessional experience with this dealer. I made an appointment to see this vehicle in Cincinnati the previous day before I saw it. I am from Indiana. The day of, I contacted the dealer again to make sure the vehicle was still available and the answer I received was yes. Upon arrival, I find out that the truck had been sold after I had made and 150 mile trip to see it and was not even contacted to be told it had be sold. Came into contact quickly, went and looked at the lot. Car was a bit more pricey than KBB. Somewhat clean, but had been in two minor accidents, as described and expected. They will not budge on the pricing on any vehicle. Clean car, but too expensive for the damages. Onto the next dealership.
The first response I got, was asking where I went. But it was 3 days after my initial request. I checked spam to see if maybe they responded earlier, but I had nothing. Neither of the 2 emails that I did receive had any info on the car.
