Midwest did a fine job of answering questions phone calls in order to help us with our decision.
Very difficult to work with and did not seem interested in going above or beyond with their service. I asked them to call me back several times without a response. When I called to speak to a supervisor, I was told I could not and that they could only pass the message along for me. I was willing to pay cash same-day for the car I was looking at but did not pursue it because of their lack of professionalism.
Responded within 5 days. Customer service was good. Still hoping to work out a deal in the near future.
MAC got back to me about the car. I visited the dealership to look at the van, and asked the salesperson to get back to me with a total cost so I could come back with a check from our company. He was also going to look at some minor repair issues. I never heard back, so I went to another dealer
Dealer was very knowledgeable about the car and forthcoming with any information on its condition.
Great job
Found a car I liked so gave $300 to hold the car for 5 days. Then found one on a different lot I liked better. Called and told Midwest that I had had second thoughts on the car I put a down payment on and they immediately got angry with me said they had chances to sell the car but didn't because of the 300 non refundable I had put down to hold it.
