Great communication
I contacted Midwest Automotive in Cincinnati Ohio about a 2003 Mercedes CL 55 amg. The pictures online show a completely different car than the one I inspected after driving 800 miles to see it. I was told it had a couple small scratches. I found bubbled rust that was painted over. They had repainted the hood and left runs in the paint. I submitted a request for information on a vehicle at Midwest Automotive during the afternoon, within 20 minutes I received a call from them! Very prompt, and answered all my questions. Will definitely refer! Great dealership
It was one of the worst experiences I have had a any dealership. They did not know where the car was and when they found it The car did not stay running. I was given 2 differant reasons why. The show room ceiling was falling in and had large water stains. Very disappointing. I went to buy here pay here that was a better place to look at a car. Would not recommend anyone ever go there.
The car was not cleaned and it also need a belt o. It so I could ot even drive it. They wanted to make a deal without me even driving it or seeing the top dow on the car. I drove 30 minutes to look at a dirty car that needed work done on it before I could try it out. Poor
They did reply to my questions & send pictures. Condition of the car was not at all relayed accurately. It was not clean inside or out.Poor bodywork and painting had been done they said by the previous owners. The car had been on the lot over 200 days I understand why, interior condition was fair but they indicated it was a very Sharp car .. it look like it been out in the rain for weeks, the interior had toys candy wrappers and sand. could not recommend the dealer as a whole.. walked away. Started off amazing and they offered the world. It wasn’t until the next day that i noticed problems with the car. The sales person was very rude when i asked to take the car back even though legally they lied about the car being fine.
Nice experience with them
