Great friendly atmosphere, willing to answer any questions, great service on new and used vehicles, great new showroom with a great view of the lot. A hand shake always to start and end a trip to the salesman.

Jeff's methods of selling cars WITHOUT high pressure is outstanding. We visited with another salesman and he was the pressure type. Not for me. Overall I think Jeff and the folks really appreciated taking our money. And I mean that in a very good way. Our office secretary does business and said good things about the dealership. They were all true.

I can't think of one thing that was not enjoyable when purchasing our car. All of the staff was very friendly and seemed totally focused on our happiness, which is a nice change of pace from dealing with one that only cares about the sale. We drove all the way from Wichita to buy from Midway, Rod and company stayed an extra two hours after closing to help us. They closed at 6 but stayed to meet us at 7, and the deal was done by 8. Kris Hanschu worked very diligently to find the new car that I desired within the price range I desired. He also considered all aspects of the trade-in car. My husband bought a used pickup from Kris back in Sept 2010, and has been very pleased with it. Kris has been faithful about following up to insure that he is happy with the purchase and making sure everything was alright. We really feel that if we have a problem with our purchases, he will work hard and go to bat to make sure we get taken care of. From the time I arrived at this Dealers facility I was treated as good as family. My desire to purchase a vehicle of my choosing was met with professionalism and courtesy at every step in the purchase process. I was made to feel as I was in charge, and it made me comfortable working with the Staff that assisted me. Certainly could recommend this Dealership to others. Everyone was very helpful, and got us the best rates they could. We looked at several new models, had specific things in mind that we wanted, and the sales team was knowledgeable enough to guide us to the correct car(s). They then got us a lower rate than what the bank wanted to charge us.

we just bought a new f350 truck from midway motors. the dealership was bright, clean and the customer service has always been good. kris hanchu, the salesman, was very efficient & worked well with us, and knew the answers to all the ??s we had. he had all the keys, 30 days permit ect ready to go. also the F&I manager was very knowable and had all the paperwork in order for us to sign.

This dealership was very friendly. I felt I got straight answers to my questions. We left without finding what we were looking for, but didn't feel like they were pushing anything on us to get a sale. We left and they said a friendly good bye and "we'll keep looking for your perfect car". We re-evaluted and decided to buy new. I called Kris early Monday morning to discuss my thoughts and it was a done deal that afternoon. My husband HATES buying cars, but that was a pleasant experience!!
