I was Very pleased with Neil dykes! for my first ever purchase of a vehicle, he made it a very fun and easy experience! Kris was great to work with in purchasing my used car. He was very helpful and genuine about getting me the exact car I wanted. He stayed in contact with me and made sure to work around my schedule to test drive several vehicles. It was a great help to narrow down the choices and make my decision. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Midway Motors, Neil Dykes was very helpful in making available the vehicle that I was interested in. He showed me and test drove several vehicles and was willing to meet me at my convenience. The dealership was somewhat fair in the trade in allowance for my vehicle. My wife and I recenlty purchased a used vehicle from Midway Motors in McPherson. The overall experience was very good for used vehicle shopping. Kris was a first rate salesman to work with and I have no problem recommending him to anyone. We love the vehicle and we enjoyed working w/ Kris, our only disappointment was taking ownership of the vehicle and seeing that the gas gauge was on EMPTY and the fuel light was on.
Initial contact through Internet was prompt and helpful. Dealership was willing to schedule an appointment later in the day to accomodate our schedule. The car(s) we were interested in were already up front in the lot when we arrived. VERY friendly, timely and competent service. This was a no-pressure sale, and we were in and out in less than two hours (including assessment of our trade-in and business office paperwork). We will definitely recommend Midway Motors and David Becker to friends and family.
Was very friendly and helpful. H listen to what I was looking for and got us a great deal. Called us up and found an extra key. Was pre approved through our bank but since our credit is good they got us a better deal with a different bank. Got us a lower payment with bumper to bumper warranty.
The guys that we worked with were so helpful with aspect of buying our family a new car. We got great deal on our trade in and the car we purchased!! This was by far the best experience we have ever had when buying a used car. There was one flaw with the vechile and they fixed it and even gave us a rental car for the day! I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vechile.
Midway Motors is the best. I am a woman and they are all very helpful without being pushing.I worked with Kris Hanschu in sales and he is super. In order to close the deal I had to work with his boss the sales manager and he was a great guy also. I got a used pickup and hope to purchase a new 2011 Ford Explorer if we can agree on a price. Kevin was great!!! A++ but a Tim Roets got into the picture and I felt that he talked down to me since I was a women. Also some of the detail about the truck didn't come out until we trying to make the deal until I had to push to get the infomation. Tim couldn't get me e-mail a break down on what we were talking about because he said he didn't know how to do that with the computer. Come on! You need better qualified to help in your business.
