I arrived at this dealership nearing 5:30 pm as most people were racing to get home from nearby stores...not this crew. All were still working quietly in each of their destined areas. I was introduced to Kris for the first time and he treated me like an old friend with gracious politeness and professionalism. Great customer service, friendly and they made it very easy to get everything all squared away! We will go back again! I am very happy with t he vehicle we purchased. It was worth the time ot go see these guys and we enjoyed meeting and doing business with them.

Kris was wonderful to work with. He followed up in a timely manner. He had exactly what we were looking for. Midway Motors Supercenter is so blessed to have Kris on their team. We give Kris and Midway Motors Supercenter 5 stars!! Hopefully Kris is still around for our next vehicle.

I called in to Shawn that I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I am from out of town, and would be passing thru. He told me to come in and they would fit me in. I was there right on time, and they got me right in. I expected to be there for awhile since they were busy-----but was out of there in about 45 minutes! Fantastic! Very grateful..........great job!

My experience so far is only with the sales process, not repairs or maintenance. I set out to buy a truck from a dealer from whom I have purchased my last 4 vehicles. I explained what I was looking for and was told they would look for a vehicle and call me. Did not pressure me or pester me with phone calls about buying a car. He kept me informed of new vehicles they got on the lot that I might be interested in. This was the first vehicle I had bought solely on my own and Jeff helped me through that process. Amazing service and friendliness. Would recommend to anyone!

I've purchased two other vehicles from Bill Ediger, and really appreciate how he goes out of his way to provide service.From putting together the information needed to make the purchase. To assistance, with scheduling of service or warranty work. The whole experience at Midway was great.

When buying a car new or used it's always a stressful experiance. Mark McDaniel made that hassle free. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and all my shopping was done over the phone. All information that was given over the phone was correct and never was misleading. He was willing to help and actually provide true customer service. While dealing with other salesman, from a different company, all they want to do is just get you in and try to butter you up. I enjoyed getting to work with Mike and everyone at midway motors. This was my first time buying a vehicle and the finiance personel was able to talk me through the process and help me understand all my options. I apprieciate Midway for understanding the price's and limitations that i expected and working with me to get me into a great lexus that was within my budget.
