Tyson was very easy to deal with along with his sales manager. They were very honest and upfront about the Maxima that we purchased. It was a pleasure doing the financing with Monte. He is the best i've ever dealt with. Over all this is a top class dealership. So much better than dealing with the big city dealers. Thank you and I will be back next time I trade vehicles. Jack

Kris is the best person to deal with when you are looking Kris is the best person to deal with when you are looking for a new or used vehicle. He works extremely hard in finding you just exactly what you want. I would recomend him to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle. He works for you the customer.

Elijah was very professional and friendly. He kept us informed of the necessary repairs and cost. We were also pleased with the sales staff for giving us the information as whether to repair or trade vehicles.

At the end of the day, I felt like this dealership...the sales staff and finance office...had treated me and my family like we were important to them as people, not just another customer that had come through their door. They did their best to find us a vehicle that would meet our needs. We felt cared for, not sold to. There was no pressure, no obvious push to get us into a vehicle. I went to the dealership on Thurs. afternoon and told Chad the vehicle which I wanted. He found the Jeep 4 hours away; it was picked up on Friday, and was mine on Saturday morning. I have dealt with Midway for both cars and service for years and they have always been friendly and efficient. The speed with which I received my car was amazing.

I worked with Kris Hanschu and Aaron for over ten days trying to find the trunk I wanted. They were very patient and helpful and never give up looking for my truck.On the day I went to pick it up my salesman Kris should have been having his day off. My experience with Jeff was outstanding. I arrived and in 20 minutes we struck a deal. However, I do not believe I will return for another puschase due to the 3.5 hours it took to complete a cash deal. And I paid cash! Once I got in the office it took only 10 minutes. Don't you think that could have been done in the first 30 minutes I was there? Sad service Tom White
