I was looking to buy a truck before I walked in the door, but Lisa's personality sold me the truck. We went from buying a used truck to buying a new one and she was alyways looking to help me, very flexible and NEVER pushy. A pushy sales person will make me walk out the door, even if the price was good.

Kris and Midway Motors went above and beyond what they could have done to make us happy with our purchase. We had went to a couple other dealership and dealing with Kris is much more enjoyable! We will never buy from anywhere else.

My experience at Midway Motors was outstanding! The friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff were the best I have dealt with in all of the years I have been buying cars. A friend suggested that I go to Midway Motors, McPherson, Ks. to look at cars as she knew I was planning to trade. She recommended talking to Kris Hanschu as she had just completed business with him on a new car. I found Kris to be very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I was no rushed at all and he found a new Ford Escape Limited for me. I am 73 and daily learning more and more about all the "buttons" to push with the help of the guide and owner's manual. Very satisfied with this dealership.

Ok, here's how I'll do this. I will comment on each of the above items as they related to the delearship as I saw it and how Kris Hanschu handled the situation. 1. Customer Service - The car had some items that needed attention as any used car will have and Kris made sure they were taken care of them to our satisfaction. Thanks Kris. 2. This car buying experience was overall a very good experience because everyone was extremely nice to work with and there was no high pressure sales tactics. They made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.
