The dealer Chris was great, the Dealership was great, the product Ford is awful. but they made it right and I am pleased.. However, this will be the last Ford I by. but will buy and tell all my friends that they have good customer service and Chris is wonderful.

The vehicle we purchased was very clean and ready to go. The salesman was Bob Jones and we would recommend him to any one. He was up front with us on all of our questions and was never pushy as some others we have delt with. We would recommend dealing with Bob when we plan to purchase or trade again.

Everyone was friendly and easy to do bussiness with. I felt the Price was fair after all Rebates were considered. Cleanup and Delivery was Great.

I found the Midway Motors website while conducting an Internet web search for a particular vehicle I was interested in. I ran the search on Sunday and left contact information as they were closed. On Monday morning I was contacted by Jeff Biehler, the internet sales rep from Midway. Jeff was quite friendly and soon answered all of my questions. When I entered the dealership I was not exactly sure what type of vehicle I was looking for. I wanted something that was fuel efficient and could comfortably accomodate my family of four. Mike Gumm, the salesman who assisted me, was very helpful and patient as I test drove several types of cars before finally making a selection. I had a an excellent vehicle purchasing experience once again with Midway Motors amd Jeff Biehler. This is the 3rd new vehicle I have purchased in the last 5 years and each time they have gone above and beyond to satisfy my needs. The service department also has been exceptional at taking care of my needs on a very timely basis which is also part of my decision of doing business with Midway Motors!

I test drove a used car from the Newton location. The first thing I was told when I saw the vehicle was that there was a rattle in the driver's side rear panel which would "of course be fixed." I had my mechanic look at the vehicle. He also mentioned the rattle as well as the rear tires needing to be replaced. I gave an offer very close to the asking price, including 2 rear tires and the rattle being fixed. They would not budge on the price, and wouldn't fix the rattle nor include tires.
