I was looking to special order a new truck that I built online through my bank's car buying service. My bank had a network of dealerships contracted for this service, however the Dodge dealerships in the Kansas City area wouldn't even return my calls because they refused to honor the special price. Our experience buying a new car has never been better. This car was actually our very first brand new car. We've never had a great time going to the car dealers until now. We are looking forward to many more years of car buying.
