Jeff was a very friendly and effective salesman. He was not pushy nor did he force a deal on my that day. I told exactly what I wanted and he did not try to sell me anythihng more than what I was looking for. That's EXACTLY how I want to buy from a dealership. I did have one minor issue with my vehicle and Jeff took care of it immediatly. For my next car purchase I will start and end my search with Midway Motors.
I am very pleased with Jeff Biehler and Midway Motors. Jeff went to great length to find the right truck for my business, and followed through with the add ons that we required. It is good to do business with people that you can trust.
Employees were incredibly knowlaedgable and very friendly. All questions and concerns were addressed immediatly and with great attitudes and concern. By far the best experience with purchasing a Vehicle!
I have been very pleased with two recent purchase at Midway. I have purchased many vechiles over the past 36 years, and Midway...in particular, Don Hageman and Kris Hanchu are some of the most knowledgible, friendly, and curtious managers/sales persons that I have worked with. There is no other dealership that I will refer friends, family or anyone who needs a new or used vehicle.
I was impressed with the dealership, although I was only there for an hour or so to trade in my old car for the new one i purchased. Very clean, everyone was friendly and attentive. Throughout my working career I have been a very strict evaluator and rarely would give a "5" unless a category totally exceeds my expectations. I used the same approach here as well.
