We have bought two vehicles from Midway and have had the service department maintain them-Reba,Stoney & Jessica have always gone above and beyond to make our service great! Not a lot of businesses give great customer service but Midway does! Thanks!
For the third time now I have set up a maintenance appointment for my vehicle as well as other appointments for myself since I don't live it Hutch. All three times when I've called I've told them this and that I will be needing a car, that I will not be sitting and waiting on my vehicle. Tuesday when I dropped my car off there was again no car for me to use. I had to wait for a ride to my first appointment and was late to that.
