Buyer Beware, My husband saw a 350 Ford Lariat we liked, asked the asked the salesperson for the lowest cash price and they gave it to us. We had other appointments so left and came back in a few days ready to purchase the truck. They would not honor the price they gave us and acted like we were trying to take advantage of them Poor business practice not to honor you quote.
There's a dude there named Devin. He's not to be trusted.
Brian, Ryan and the entire staff have made our experiences there some of the easiest hassle free you can imagine. Our family has bought 4 cars there in the the last several years. If your looking for a your GO TO place for everything for new, preowned or service, this is the place to go.
I couldn't be more please with my experience at Midway Motors. Dave Roby and Gabe Goering went above and beyond in his attempt to get me financing and a car that I love. In the midst of all of this, I unfortunately broke some bones in my leg that required surgery. But that didn't stop Dave and Gabe from continuing to work their magic and today, Dave brought the paperwork over to my house for me to sign and after everything was settled, he brought me my new car to my house himself!! No pressure car buying, Mony in finance is fantastic, Brian makes things happen and I won't ever buy a car from anyone but J.R. all promises met or exceeded.
Worth the drive from Wichita to get here. I got amazing customer service and a great deal on the car I wanted. The salesman we had was very good to work with and made sure I left the dealership happy. They are going to fix the alignment on the vehicle I purchased and even offered to pick my car up from me in derby and let me use a rental car until they got my car back to me. Definitely recommend this place, much better than any dealership in Wichita. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service.
