I purchased a Town and Country van from Rudy Perez on July 22, 2016. He went above and beyond to look around for one that fit my specifications and in my price range. I bought my 2014 Malibu from Steve in October 2015. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The customer service is fantastic...Anytime I need to get my car serviced, I call & Steve drops me off a nice loaner car for the day. When he brings it back, it is always washed, vacuumed & dusted. We bought a car from Steve and Midway Motors 10/2015. Was in a bad accident Saturday 5/21/16 that totalled my car. I texted Steve that same evening, said I needed a rental and new car. BY Monday they delivered a rental to my office in medicine Lodge. And on Thursday, they again delivered my new vehicle to my office in ML, let me sign ppwk here, and took rental with them and even paid for any rental fees!!!! Now that's customer service!!!! My husband and I have purchased a couple of new vehicles in the last 2 years from Midway Motors. Brian Goodheart has been fabulous to work with. Our salesperson, Michael Lizalde, did an amazing job for us as well. We let him know what we were interested in driving. He gave us those options and more. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that we were not even considering. Michael took care of the paperwork end with no hassles. Our overall experience was enjoyable and I honestly cannot say that about previous car purchases.
We bought a Toyota Tundra from Steve a few months ago and it was the easiest buying experience we have had. They went out of their way to find us just what we wanted. Those hometown Medicine Lodge guys know how to provide great service!! We will be repeat customers!!
