I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Lakey for a few years now. His care is excellent!!! His skill allowed us to have almost another full year with our recently passed Molly who was almost 16 yrs old. We are "down to" 5 dogs now and they all love Dr. Lakey and his staff! I do, too!!! :)
Dr. Lakey and everyone at the clinic are one in a million. Their care and concern for all animals gives me piece of mind to leave my dogs there, whether be for boarding, grooming or if we are seeing them for our annual visits. On occasion, we have also had emergencies. The compassion and love for animals is always shown and is first and foremost. I know I don't say it enough, but thank you, THANK YOU, to ALL of YOU!
I absolutely LOVE, LOVE Dr. Lakey and all of his staff. I have four furbabies and they have taken excellent care of all of them. Dr. Lakey is extremely patient with them and I would not take them anywhere else. We also had a very sick Peke and changed vets and begin taking her to Midway Animal Clinic. I believe that they diagnosed her correctly with CHF and gave us another year with this precious one. They are on top of any situation that happens and his staff is very caring and are just like my family.....WE LOVE THEM ALL!!... read more
We have been clients at Midway Animal Clinic for almost 15 years. Dr. Haynes saw us through some good times and also some bad. Dr. Lakey is no exception. He and the staff are all amazing and caring individuals and professionals. We have several animals who are seniors with special needs. There is no other veterinary clinic that we would trust our animals with.
We have been taking our 3 dogs to this office for over 10 years. Dr. Steven Hayes was great. He sold the practice about 6 months ago. The new veterinarian, took x-rays of our elderly dog, Emma, without permission (the exam was without permission, as Emma was there for grooming, only)! He prescribed medication that she had tried before ( it made her have diarrhea). He gave her the medication anyway. (He sent pills home with us. I didn't look at the bottle until we got home. Unless Dr. Haynes comes back I'm not taking my animals back! Dr. Haynes is an amazing vet and he is terribly missed! On a side note: Beware of writing what might be considered a "bad review" on this site as you will be harassed repeatedly by phone calls from multiple different numbers and private messages on fb! If it continues I will be forced to call the police! I also know that I am not the first, second, or even third person that they have harassed with multiple phone calls who have written a "bad review!" Please stop!!!
