I have been taking my pets here since early 2000..today I went in for a re-check on my cat because they missed diagnosed the first time..when I got there I was told I didn't have an appointment..she told me I could wait until 10:30..I'm not sure about anyone else, but I don't have time wait around especially when it's not my error..I feel as though your services have completely gone downhill..different staff who are rude and unfriendly and increased prices..I have been loyal to you for many years..where is the loyalty back

Sadly, after fighting cancer, we had to set free our 12 yr old angel Sadie to rest at Midvalley Animal Clinic. The vets there made it as comfortable as possible for her. One of the hardest moments for us in life--but we couldn't ask for a kinder clinic #RestInPeaceSadie #HeartOfGold ��
Took all my animals to this vet my whole life till i got quoted a price to get my animals fixed i took them in dropped them off and when i went back to get them my bill was 100 more than i was told i was mortified when i was told i could not get my babies back till i paid the extra 100 dollars. My lights got shut off that month because i had to spend that money to get my babies back. Used to love midvalley now not so much
Dr. Moreau took great care of my kitty. Very kind and compassionate to both myself and my cat. Thank you Dr. Moreau!
