So on April 27th we had to say goodbye to our Bailey dog. Aside from her ashes the one and only thing I asked for was her paw print, a simple thing right? Well Midvalley Animal Clinic dropped the ball and failed to put it in the notes on her paperwork. Something so simple, something I can never get back! Thanks a lot!
Absolutely terrible customer service extremely rude and stand offish. We will be finding a new vet for our 4 dogs.

The wait time was ridiculous. After being ignored in the lobby for the first half hour after signing in, and then waiting another half hour in the exam room I walked out. My cats vitals were taken when we first got into the exam room, by the worker who did not speak more than 5 words and acted as if they had never taken vitals on a cat before. RecommendedThese people saved my butt this week. I had caught a feral and my usual clinic was unexpectedly closed. They were able to take the cat and hold her overnight. Friendly, clean and helpful.
RecommendedSo thankful for the walk in services and how well they have taken care of my puppy Mose. He was neutered there, got his rabies shot, and recently went back because he was having diarrhea. Midvalley does such a good job taking care of Mose. Thank you!
