Was very impressed with the level of care and kindness of the staff. We have been loyal to Banfield in the past but will be changing now.
I have been taking all of my animals here, and have had excellent care. It wasn't always what I wanted to hear, but it was always for the best of my animals. It's always emotional when someone you love is having health issues. They do their jobs with compassion and knowledge. You can't ask for anything else!
Dr. Kelly Gehlhaus was amazing! She took the time with Hoops to make him feel comfortable before his exam and gave us several options for his allergies. This is the first time he wasn't naughty for his shots and nails trimmed. Glad we found our new doggy Doctor.

This place can rot in hell. They misdiagnosed my dog with a simple infection. He got worse and we went somewhere else and had cancer. And now he's gone. Screw you guys. You're the worse place to take care of animals.
