I love Midtown Smile Center! Dr. Marson and his staff are very friendly and caring. They make it easy to schedule appointments online and are easy to reach by phone. When I walk in the office, they call me by my name and I am seen on time. My annual cleaning appointments are thorough and quick. I highly recommend checking out Midtown Smile Center.

It's a pleasure to experience such excellent service. Everything from the time I walked in until leaving exceeded my expectations. They ran on time. I appreciated that care and explanation was given for everything that was done. While they worked quickly I never felt like I was being rushed out either. I also enjoy all the modern conveniences, from the wireless x-ray machine to email follow ups and texts. By the time I got to the office I'd already received emails for my follow up appointments. As usual,I was welcomed by the friendly and professional staff at Midtown Smile Center,but today's experience was quite impressive. A new crown implant technique has been introduced and I was the first to receive one in this office. The technical instructor was very skillful;I'm sure that the doctor and staff appreciated all they have learned from her. This was my first visit to Midtown Smile Center and my first visit to the dentist in almost 6 years! It was great. I didn't have to wait to be seen and I didn't have to sit around waiting in the chair. The hygenist was pleasant and knowledgable. The entire experience went really well and saved me a lot of anxiety.

The entire team at Midtown Smile Center is absolutely the best! Most of us are so apprehensive about having dental work, but Dr. Marson keeps current on new and changing technologies so you can always get answers to any questions you have. Kim and the rest of the team make it a totally fabulous experience.

I like so many others are petrified of the dentist and all the tools that come with it. I was so pleasantly surprised how painless my first two visits were at Midtown Smile Center. The office is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. And Chantel was great...she was quick. effective, thorough and professional. I was so tense and she put me at ease. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of services I didn't need like so many other dentists in the past. I highly recommend this place!

Experienced a major toothache on flight back from West Coast and my regular dentist in solo practice was ill. Called MSC and explained my dilemna. They worked me in with Dr. Marson. I was seen promptly at my appt. time and after some X-rays I meet the doctor. He was most thorough in his examination and efforts to get to the cause of the problem.
