Midtown Smile Center never disappoints me. This was my first time getting my teeth cleaned by Naysha Brown, RDH today, June 2nd so I was a little apprehensive. When I go to the dentist for a cleaning, I like to walk out of the dentist office and feel like I came from the actual dentist. Today was that day. This was my first visit to the Midtown Smile Center after moving to Midtown. It was a very positive experience from the initial reception through a cleaning and check up. The sign in process was automated and very easy. The staff was professional, friendly, and cheerful. The hygienist was excellent and very interesting to talk with. The dentist was personable and very proficient. Overall a great visit.
Knew nothing about this Dental Center. Pick up the phone book and decided to give them a call to set an appointment, the receiptionist was so nice and friendly greet me by my last name that made me feel so special. So I decided to set an appointment, went in around my lunch hour, they took me immediately, the girl that did my exam was so nice and friendly, she made me feel comfortable, did judge me about how my mouth look or said any negative thing, everything was so positive. Dr.Nakain has been caring for my teeth for the last 3 years. She is always friendly and knowledgeable, as well as her staff. Very important to me as a Healthcare provider, myself. I live in Smyrna and am still willing to brave the Midtown traffic to continue to be under her care. That says a lot!
I actually showed up a day earlier than my appointment, but they were able to fit me in! The staff is CONSISTENTLY friendly and welcoming!!! I've referred two friends already!!! They are thorough, gentle and informative! AND they validate parking!!!

I, like most people, dread going to the dentist. Everyone I encountered at Midtown Smile Center was so helpful and kind they really put me at ease. The care was thorough as was the information about my procedure, insurance, and post-op instructions. Highly recommend!
