The entire staff from receptionists to dentists are so warm and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. The office is spotless and clearly run very efficiently. My hygienist, Bonnie, really went above and beyond. She explained everything she was doing and even gave me a mirror so I could see what she was talking about. She explained why my gums were inflamed and how they should look/act and gave me information on how to alter my daily routine to improve my gums and mouth! She also showed me how to floss correctly. I arrived on time, but wasn't seen for almost 30 minutes. I was told there was some staffing issues. Bonnie was very apologetic and took good care of me. She made some great recommendations and kept checking back to see if I was okay until Dr. Golik (who was also great) came by to do a final check after the cleaning. Great experience!
Every time I visit they see me right away, take great care of me and get me set up for next time. It's quick, easy, and painless. Karen is awesome!
Had an emergency and they fit me in same day for a consult. Staff was extremely nice, especially considering I was not an existing patient.
