Great selection of oysters, but we are not oyster people... However, the mussels, scallops, risotto, and chowder were all excellent... Our server was delightful... The building is very interesting... Suggest that you eat upstairs... Highly recommended by the locals.

After having a VERY disappointing fish and chips at another restaurant, Midtown Oyster Bar's reaffirmed my faith in Rhode Island. Filet was HUGE, well-seasoned and as fresh as you can get! Chips cooked to perfection. My wife loved her oysters, so much she ordered another round. Wait staff recommendations were spot-on. Great live music, excellent beer and cocktail selection.
