Absolutely horrible!! I am on walker. Had 3 surgeries on hip and 3 on back. 1 driver said I should put my walker in cab cause they had a bad back. My aid also accidentally left my Bills jacket in the cab and for 2 days they said they had it and would bring it back. We'll you know some driver is now wearing it. Most of time they are late then yesterday I got a call telling me they were in front waiting, I said I'd be out in 5 minutes. They said OK. When I got out there, they were gone! I had an appointment and while I was there the driver ripped me off. I've even talked to the owner about getting my stuff back, but he doesn't seem to care...he doesn't even answer me. TERRIBLE business.
