I have found the entire experience very professional and pleasant. The entire office is very helpful, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. I am usually apprehensive about needles and it was no sweat at all.In fact, I am ready for the next needle Lol!! Leisy the Hygienist was very caring and understanding towards my children during our visit today. My children use to be very scared of dentists to begin with. Office is beautiful, staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Nelson took his time to explain issues clearly. Best cleaning I've ever had!!! No pain at all. Happy to have found my new dental home.
The service has always been very punctual and excellent!
I put off going to the dentist for several months but turns out there was nothing to fear. Everything ran smoothly, they played a lot of my favorite songs and the time flew by. If you are waiting to go to the dentist dont put it off any longer. You might actually find it to be an enjoyable experience like I did ☺😆😃
Had my 6 month appointment with Leisy for cleaning and she did a super job, efficiently and always with a smile. Dr Nelson dropped in to say hello and Kayliegh at the front dest was her usual beautiful and friendly self. Judy, Dr Nelson's assistant and most beautiful woman on the planet gave me a hug on the way out. A visit to Dr Nelson's office is like a visit to family------------ with sharp instruments. Lol
the office workers are always courteous & does follow up with the their patients. professional staff always explain what they are doing.
