I have used Mid State Oral Surgery (Dickson) twice now. I have had 2 extractions of broken teeth and both times I was totally in awe of how easy and mostly pain free my visits were. It's easy to get an appointment within days and all staff is super friendly. I chose the option of sedation which proved to be less pain in the days after surgery. The staff would not allow me to tell my 14 year old daughter good luck or see her when I requested to go back with her for IV start. This child is a minor and literally they had just taken her back and were asking if I could come back to speak to my daughter. I told them they were rude. That is messed up. Then the surgeon did not come talk to me to let me know the surgery went well. They staff asked me to pull the car around and when I asked if I would be speaking with someone they said no.
