This was a very pleasant experience. The technician was very nice and efficient, but took time to answer my questions and check things with which I had concerns. This is a tip notch company and they will have my business for the future. Update in April 2025: another pleasant experience! Poncho and Bryan were super nice and so polite. I recommend Midsouth Installers to all my local family and friends. They have always tried to repair and replace on as last resort. They never try to upsell. They provide the best customer service from the person who answers the phone to the person who comes to your home. Highly recommend.
Midsouth sent Eric Montoya to relight the pilot light to my gas hot water heater. Not only did Midsouth give me same day service so I could have hot water, but they let me know when Eric Montoya was on the way. Even though it was late, Mr. Montoya was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Montoya and Midsouth.
Service person, Eric, arrive on time. He was friendly and neat. He was able to fix our heating issue quickly and even showed us how to fix in the future. We were so pleased with the service we received with Midsouth Installers Heating and Cooling.
