This was a very pleasant experience. The technician was very nice and efficient, but took time to answer my questions and check things with which I had concerns. This is a tip notch company and they will have my business for the future. Update in April 2025: another pleasant experience! Poncho and Bryan were super nice and so polite. They are all trained, both on hvac and customer service. Fantastic job! Having a nine month old and your outside unit exploding at 6 PM rendering your house very hot, around 77° all night is not fun… Chris was super thoughtful letting us get bumped up in priority, having his team, Eric and Jonathan diagnose, replace the compressor and spruce up some of the indoor unit all the while being super communicative - all done with 24hrs. I can’t recommend Midsouth Installers Heating and Cooling Inc. enough!
