I called as soon as you opened in the morning and was seen right away. The staff was very helpful and nice. Dr. Louis took his time evaluating my situation and explaining what to expect, cause, etc. I was very happy with my experience!
Dr. Louis is a skilled and warm professional. He has made me feel comfortable, despite a bit of nervousness on my part about the procedure. He also made it a relatively pain free experience.
I have to say I was expecting the worst when I went for my procedure, but I was pleasantly surprised. I felt absolutely no pain from start to finish and both he and his staff were extremely courteous and professional. Dr Louis actually called me personally that evening to see how I was doing and that meant a lot to me. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr Louis to anyone needing special Dental care.

Recently had a tooth pulled and bone graft performed. Dr. Louis and Trish were the best. Even received a phone call later that night from Dr. Louis to check that I was recuperating OK.
Dr. Louis is always so kind and pleasant and wants you to be as comfortable as possible under the circumstances that you are there! The whole staff are very caring and concerned that things go as well as possible. The follow-up phone calls are especially thoughtful.
Everyone in Dr. Louis' office is professional, friendly .... and happy. I appreciate all three.
