In the midest of Hurricane Sandy and immediately after my Grandsons Wedding my temp crowns over broken front teeth fell off and I was rescued by Dr. Louis and his trusty assistant Susie on a Sunday afternoon. Thanks a bunch!
I was able to get an appointment the same day that I was referred by my dentist. Before, I left the office of Dr. Louis, I understood all of my options and was scheduled for my next appointment. My dentist and Dr. Louis are taking a team approach to my dental needs. I could not be more pleased.
You all do a great job. Team orientation, great senses of humor, very professional at the same time, leading edge technology and improvement in methods. I always look forward to my dentist appointments. I must be wierd, or is it something you put in the water?
Dr. Louis is 2 for 2 in providing procedures without pain or discomfort!
While a difficult process to go through, the Team that Dr Louis has assembled make it go smoothly, with empathy and skill.
Extreme professionalism from Dr. Louis and his knowledgeable staff. Patient was fully briefed on every step of a dental implant. Procedure was for most part painless. Appropriate medicines contained post-procedure pain. Patient is in first stages of full recovery.
Except for not having the work done, I know of nothing that any of you or your staff could have done to make it better. I always feel like I have had the best care possible.
