A very good experience. didn't feel the needles at all. I was very tense for a while. Then I settled down. Really appreciated you being there when I couldn't stop the bleeding. It was very nice that Dr. Louis called and check up with me.
I was very pleased with the bone graft and implant provided by Dr. Louis. He, and his staff, are very gracious and caring. Dr. Louis made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and the pain management was perfect. Overall, this was a positive experience.
Seemed to be competent and gave thorough explanations in language that could be easily understood. Nice facility, reception, and customer service by all employees.
