As a long time tenant (since 1996) I can say that I really don't have any complaints. Every issue I have had past and present, were addressed and taken care of expeditiously. Parking CAN be a problem at times, of which I've gotten tickets, contested every one and won. Management informed me that they are working on a solution and I'm confident that it will be one that will work for our complex. The parking is horrible, if you don't have a regular 9 to 5 job forget ever hearing a parking space, I have gotten 2 parking tickets in the complex lot. And communications with the office bad too if you leave a message for someone to call you back its not gonna happen
