Horrible parking. Charges you for parking but then you have no parking space if you come in late and your car is towed

Save yourself the headache I moved in for a 2bd 2bth premier July 2019. I never saw my unit till the day of lease sign. I was so pissed it didn’t meet my standards but I had no other place to go and needed to be out of Oak Lawn home. The hallways are dingy and smell like dogs poop the elevators are nasty tenants leave garbage in the staircase. The carpet needs to be replaced in hallway there’s a hole in the wall on 3flr. the current management is the worst i have ever dealt with, the office sucks, the answering service does nothing, they allow things to rot before fixing them. I can not overstate how strongly I will dissuade people from living here
Don’t move here! Just don’t! Trust me, it’s terrible!
