If you want to sit in your car at 3 am after a 10 hour shift because there is no parking like I currently am by all means move right on in. I hate this place they have supposedly been working on a parking solution for years. I mean Midpointe don’t y’all get tired of paying for residents parking tickets?🤔 I guess not 😒 this place is a joke. Y’all need to start offering some discounts on rent this is ridiculous. As a resident I should have somewhere to park my car.
I scheduled an appointment to view the apartments there over a week ago. When I arrived they said I didn’t have an appointment. When I tried to ask if there are any other available days that I can view them they responded “ we are not taking any tours at this time”. When I tried to ask why they don’t take any appointments they responded with the same line. I was embarrassed and felt disrespected. The community is undergoing renovations and was just purchased by a new management / ownership company. Changes and transitions are never easy, but the NEW team at Midpointe really does care about the residents. Shawn and the maintenance team are great as well. The new pool and fitness center are a nice addition. Parking is... well it is a problem now... but the NEW team has assured me that there will be a solution soon.

Parking is outrageous made a bad mistake moving in last year property management suck smells like weed loud music and the rent is crazy for that area
