I did not purchase a car here. I had use my bank card to make 1 payment for a friend. They Took the payment out again without my consent. I called them to resolve it and got the run around. I'm filling a lawsuit for theft. They are always at lunch or gone for the day. They drive czars that they are suppose to be repairing and damage the cars more. Honestly save your self the headache, go somewhere else to get a used car LITTERLY anywhere else. I purchased a vehicle from Midpoint Auto Group in March of 2020, I made every payment for the car and the Collateral Protection Insurance (500) a month as of today. Unfortunately I got in an accident in 2021, so I paid my 500 dollar deductible and took the car to them. They had my car for about 2 and a half months. Not to mention the ridiculous 500 dollar monthly payment. But I guess that's why they target low income and poor credit people. I'm gonna give a full and honest detail of my experience with this company and their absolutely horrible, disrespectful, and racist treatment of customers. I have been called a n-word by Adam the Collections Manager and yelled at over the phone by Ashley who is another manager simply for asking them while they are still reporting to my credit after picking up the vehicle. I got a SUV from them. They did work with me on Down payments, but sold me a SUV that had problems the first week. They took it to a repair shop to get fix and I got it back the next week. Walter was so amazing. I didn't have a ride to get there he picked my up and my test drive was driving back to the lot. Amazing service , amazing price , great experience everyone was awesome. If you're looking for a reasonable affordable vehicle this is the place to go.
