Staff is always friendly and professional. What else can I say when my daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist?! They're doing something right.
I used to dread going to the dentist until I started seeing Dr. Kitamura and Nishimura. Family friendly staff. Professional service. Quality, gentle care.
I usually have a tough time with x-rays. Dr Nishimura's staff did a great job that it felt very smooth. Dr. Nishimura is very personable. He has the ability to make instant connection with people and provides great service. Overall, very happy with the experience.
I've known Dr. Mark for years, but only started getting my dental care from him in the last few months. Dr. Mark is a super friendly active guy. I've been to a few dentists and for a lot of them it's just a job, but Dr. Mark is always smiling and stoked to see you. I have been going to this dental practice for a few years now. I enjoy the very clean facillity, professional staff, and up to date technology. They make it easy to remember appointments with post cards, emails, and texts! They work with insurance so we don't have to, I know most places don't have this service. I recomended Tiffany and Mark to my family and friends who are looking for a new dentist and all who have come through love them as well.
I have seen both Dr.'s Kitamura and Nishimura and have only received the kindest and most professional care. This staff's attention to detail starts with Crystal and is exhibited by the entire staff at this office. My husband and I decided to change dentists a little over a year ago and we are so happy we did. We know we are receiving the best care in a professional and friendly environment. We can honestly say we love our dentist!
I am so happy that I found Dr. Tiffany. I am very nervous about going to the dentist but she really put me at ease on our first visit. She performed my first cleaning and exam herself which gave us over an hour to discuss my teeth and what was working & not working. I have never seen a dentist put so much thought into the introductory appointment and really spend time with me explaining her practice approach and values. I love everyone there. They are always so helpful & friendly. I starting going to them years ago for s second opinion & I have never left because they are so great.
The entire staff made me feel comfortable & welcome. Who thought a trip to the dentist could be so relaxing?! The facility is CLEAN & there is plenty of parking.
