My six month cleaning was off by two months. I met the new hygentist, Kelly. She was very gentle and told me everything she was doing. She told me of her concerns for my deep pockets in the back of my gums. And, after a consult with Dr. Mark we decided on a plan of action. I left the office in no pain, with a clean mouth and feeling great!!

I can't find adequate words to express how wonderful my first visit was to Dr. Kitamura. The office is beautiful and modern, Crystal the receptionist is friendly and helpful, the hygienists are kind and efficient, and Dr. Kitamura is amazing! She shared her dental philosophy, spent at least 15 minutes chatting with me about my medical history, medications, and issues I was having, and she took the time to find out a bit about me. When I moved to San Jose, Dr. Nishimura was recommended to me by a friend. I have had one cleaning and a crown done by him so far. The practice has two dentists, which I like. My dental care has been excellent here. Dr. Nishimura and staff were knowledgeable, good communicators, and well organized. They also handled my insurance well. I'm happy to recommend this practice.
Mark, Tiffany, Crystal, and da hui are unreal. They make you feel like family. Get clean teeth and smiles after.
My 2 boys just had their check up. The experience was friendly and yet professional.
Once again the staff was very friendly and performed good work. They all have a smile on their face and do provide a very relaxing experience while cleaning your teeth.
I am always pleased with the service at Dr. Kitamura's office. The staff are friendly and efficient, and Dr. Kitamura is the best! Always interested in me and my family, and her work is the best! I'm sure Dr. Nishimura is the same, just haven't had him work on me! I would recommend them!! Their equipment is state of the art, and she is always very gentle!
