I have been a patient of Dr. Tiffany since 2013. She is so gentle that I have never felt pain. She is a perfectionist and does outstanding work. I really like that they never try to pressure you into sevices you don't need. She just fixes what needs to be fixed. The office is great with wonderful hygienists and assistants. Everyone is so nice especially the office manager Crysyal.
My favorite dentists I have ever had
Stellar is the rating I give to Dr. Kitamura and her team! My dental care was compromised by radiation from cancer treatments years ago. Dr Kitamura has partnered me in battling the side effects! She and her team have been tireless with cleanings, alternatives treatments and all the while being sensitive to my comfort during treatments! I appreciate and value their stellar conscience care!
Dr. Kitamura and Dr. Nishimua, as well as everyone in their office, are very professional, warm, and welcoming. As a person that was traumatized by the dentist when I was little, I have no fears or hesitations before my visits. They're awesome!
Really? Perfect? Yes, I think in this case it applies. Dr. Nishimura is so friendly, gentle and competent and I have no hesitation coming for my visits. Crystal is so sweet and pleasant to deal with on the business end. The place is always nice and clean. I can't think of anything else I want from my dentist.
Dr. Tiffany, Dr. Mark and their staff are absolutely amazing. Crystal works hard to make any issues with insurance right. All of the hygienists are wonderful and gentle during the cleaning process. The office is technologically up to date (as it should be in the heart of Silicon Valley). I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.
I've been a patient of Dr. Mark Nishimura and Dr. Tiffany Kitamura since they graduated from University of Pacific Dental School. They are phenomenal dentists and always go the extra mile to ensure patient satisfaction. Crystal, the office manager, does a great job scheduling and the hygienists take their time to ensure the best dental care is provided. I've had a fabulous experience and believe this is the best team of dentists and hygienists in the Bay Area.
This crew provides the greatest dental service ever! From the front desk (the kind and Clever Crystal), to the assistant (the Marvelous Melissa who always cracks me up), to the dentists themselves (Terrific Tiffany and Magic Mark), this office delivers quality service and products.
