Took my wife's car on sat left for a few hours they didn't clean it right bugs all over it rims dirty since this place went under new owners car washes and cleaning of customer cars has gone to crap took my truck today to get cleaned figured I'll give it another chance I want just a basic car wash vac and windows tar removed along with bugs I was told we don't have time to do all that I was gonna leave it all day I will not be back again this place has gone to shit under new ownership
Came up there several times, First time with my Ford Taurus, amazing job. Second time was with my Dodge Ram, still amazing job! Would definitely go back
My husband took two of our cars up here today, went into talk to the owner about a service issue and was cussed out about the owner in the lobby and all the way out the door. Then the owner stated that he could care less if we, or anyone in town brought their cars in to him..... what a terrible way to run a business and to treat customers!
Just left the Kwik Kar Wash in Midlothian at Bus 287 and Silken Crossing. My Jeep came out of the car wash missing a light cover. Shortly after that the "OWNER" walked up to me and handed me a bunch of broken plastic, said here is your light cover, then turned and walked away. Not an employee but the OWNER!! I use to live in Midlothian so needless to say I have been here a few times. I am easy going person and usually give people the benefit of the doubt and understand my car is not the only one there. But his place just gets under my skin. Terrible, terrible customer service and the actual cleaning of the vehicle is even worse. They NEVER wipe or clean the inside of the car, NEVER.
