We are visiting family and just wanted to run through a quick car wash to get all the bugs from the Oklahoma/Texas trek off the car. We paid for the $12 wash, again, just to get the bugs and road grime off the road. Back home that would have been a quick run through the auto with some kid making a minor effort to run a soapy sponge over the grill and tailgate. There is nothing to direct you where to pull in We go thru the car wash & again, we are not directed where to go. We paid for full premium service @ $28.95. After it was done, back bumper covered with bugs, windshields still had bugs all over them, the inside windshield had not been wiped off, mud on the floor mats, the inside doors were still not cleaned, the backseat had not been vacuumed at all. Charge for wheel and tire cleaning, and wheels never get cleaned properly
These people are absolute morons! Last week my husband took his truck in before we left on vacation to our ranch in NM. He asked the to put DEF in his truck and they said that they did in fact do this but when we got to NM we quickly discovered they didn’t and we got to drive over 80 miles at 50mph. Do yourself and your vehicle a favor, find another shop to get your oil changed. These guys are complete idiots.
Worst car detailing I've ever had! Literally think they spent 15 min total from start to finish on my car! The did not clean the cup holders at all, they dropped their cleaner ALL over the inside of my car, the windshield was not cleaned and the my radio still has dust all over it!!! I mean what did I even pay for! Horrible job! Will never go back!
Worst wash ever... 24 dollars and I have to scrape stuff off my car with my fingernails while the people just stand there proud of their shit job... Never again.
