Additional charge to vacuum my vehicle---I just drove off!!
We were very impressed with the excellent quality of service we received today. My pickup, inside and out, hasn't looked this good since it was new. The staff were all very good and friendly, and they did an excellent job. My wife and I will always use the Midlothian Kwik Kar Wash. Dennis & Brenda Neitzel
Took over an hour for a basic washing and it was poorly done.
I'll never come back to this establishment. Today I took my truck in and was told I needed to take it down the street to the coin operated car wash to remove the mud from the fender wells first. There was very minimal mud in the fender wells so I'm not sure what he was talking about and the man was very rude. So I took my truck to Cooper Street car wash in Arlington. There were no questions asked, they vacuumed it out and washed it, and did a much better job than Kwik Kar could have ever thought of doing. Think twice before ... read more
Won't go back - This is the 2nd time we've used them and their work is very shoddy. They are just rushing to get the cars out. I had to take it somewhere else to vacuum and clean the interior myself!
Wow talk about a big down turn in service under new ownership. Took the truck in today one hour and 45 minutes later looked out to see my truck going down the wash rack in park.!!!! No more for me after being a long time customer I will not take me vehicle's back to these incompetent idiots.
They are not open during the posted hours even in good weather. I have tried twice this week to get my car washed and they have been closed despite the posted hours of operation. Reason being-not enough business so they sent everyone home. Well, if you keep turning away customers, you will never have enough business!
Did a good job at detailing but tried to remove a steering wheel cover and tore it to shreeds then just placed in passanger set and did not replace or credit the value of it back. They also seemed to use a water hose to clean the interior. The carpet was soaking wet and had to have a electric heater inside the vehilce for 2 days to dry the carpets and seats. I used my shop vac and pulled about an inch of water off the carpet/seats. I would NOT recommend this company.
Today I was not impressed. How hard is it to vacuum seats?
