I recently made a change to my account and I was dealing with brook . She was so sweet and professional and very helpful throughout the whole process . I am very pleased with the service of this company and they are lucky to have such a wonderful worker like brook working for them

Well there mixed messages with there entire team and they dont want to help with anything even there manager on the screen dosent understand the situation when I was told to come down and handle everything on the phone
My experience with this storage facility was extremely disappointing. The service was satisfactory at the beginning, and I had no issues initially. However, I strongly recommend that anyone renting a unit inspect it regularly, preferably on a weekly basis, because you may not realize there is a problem until it is too late. This was my fifth storage unit in 15 years of military service, and I have never had an experience like this.
