Surprisingly great experience. As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged by a Virtual assistant. At first I thought not another Kiosk, but I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. Darian was able to assist me in exchanging my current unit for a larger unit. The process was quick and easy. I ended up walking out happier than when I walked in.
They don’t know what they are doing there specially with the U-Haul rentals
First time at the unit I had a glitch with the lock provided by Midgard. Ultimately, the property manager had to cut it off and provide a new one. The problem was solved, however this cost me valuable time.
