I made a reservation for a 10' truck and stopped into the office to get some questions answered about the padlock, fuel, straps, blankets and other items. Michelle, the manager came from another location where she was working and she was phenomenol. Very pleasant, answered my quesitons, though she probably has done that a million times, with much patience. She showed me the inside cab of the truck as I had asked about a phone charger. Today we rented a u haul truck from the U haul place at Midguard Self Storage and were assisted by a wonderful woman named Michelle who was a great listener and helped us through the process and also showed us how to get into the storage unit facility and everything ! Please know that Michelle is wonderful and gives this place a great reputation . Alvin , the manager was super nice as well ..Chris and David the virtual assistants were exceptional too and they all deserve the highest kudos for over the top customer service !
