I thought Midguard wanted me to leave because they raised my rent so drastically, but Jessica reassured me that I was a valued customer. She waved the lock fee for three months, And locked my pricing in for the next 12 months so it wouldn’t get raised again. I don’t know why this company keeps raising prices, but I’m glad that I talked to Jessica because she was very understanding and helpful. Michele is a great manager. Glad she is here at the key west sight
